Ser Esencia invites you to experience a diversity of flavors offered by the native Mayan land.Our restaurant is a tribute to the freshness of the ingredients, the richness of Mexican tradition, and the delicacy in the presentation of each dish. Ser Esencia has participated in the important culinary festivals held on Holbox Island; also, the Comer, Amar y Contemplar gastronomic festival, where the best restaurants in the island compete, and Ser Casasandra has always obtained the Award of Excellence. It was inaugurated on december 24, 2004 and has received mention by the New York Times as one of the best eateries in the island.
